professionals listed, and the choice of who to use is solely the decision of the client. It is highly recommended that the client attend all inspections. Byzantium Brokerage and Pacific Union cannot accept any liability regarding the performance of any professional services contracted for by the client.

Other inspection services available include, but are not limited to, soils and geological conditions, heating system, plumbing, flooring, appliance, fireplace & chimney, parapet, environmental hazards, lead based paints, underground storage tank, septic system, energy and water conservation, landscape, pool and spa, alarm systems, elevator, code compliance, review of building plans and permits. Almost all services are provided on a fee basis. (e.g. PG&E does a free inspection of heating systems but supplies no written report.)
